About Us
David V. Wilcox, RHU
David was born in Twin Falls and raised in Jerome, Idaho. He is a Jerome High School graduate, and a graduate of the College of Southern Idaho. He got his start in the insurance business in April, 1996. He followed in the footsteps of his father, two uncles, and both grandfathers.
In 2004, David became a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and has been an active ever since. He has served as both the State President (2011-2012) and the Local Chapter President (2008-2009), State & Local Treasurer, State & Local Secretary, Local HUPAC chair, Awards Chair, Region VII LPRT Chair, State & Local Media Relations Chair, and more. He is a 9-year member of NAHU's Leading Producer's Round Table, attaining Soaring Eagle status in 2012, 2013 and 2014, the highest level of recognition.
David earned his CDHC certification (Consumer Directed Health Care) in June, 2007.
David earned his RHU designation (Registered Health Underwriter) through the American College in November, 2007.
David qualified for NAHU's Presidential Triple Crown award in 2008.
David has been a Regence, Blue Shield Preferred Broker since 2001. He is a Blue Cross of Idaho Select Broker, and has been recognized by many other companies for his work in life insurance, disability insurance, and health insurance sales.
David has attended NAHU's National convention in Denver, Colorado (2007), San Diego, California (2008), New York, New York (2009), Chicago, Illinois (2010), San Antonio, Texas (2011), Las Vegas, Nevada (2012), Atlanta, Georgia (2013), Scottsdale, Arizona (2014), New Orleans, Louisiana (2015), and Orlando, Florida (2017). He has also traveled to Washington, D.C. in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2017 to personally visit with every Idaho Senator & Representative, and to attend NAHU's Capitol Conference.
David is a Congressional-Club level contributor to the Health Underwriter's Political Action Committee (HUPAC)
He remains active in his church and his community. In 2006, David designed and coordinated building the winning float for the Twin Falls Western Day's Parade. It was a 40-foot long by 15-foot tall replica of the local Perrine Bridge.
David and Sharla Wilcox have 6-children and have been married since 1995.
Ryan W. Heider
Ryan was born in Kokomo, Indiana while his father was serving in the United States Air Force. At a young age his family relocated to Twin Falls, Idaho where he was raised and graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1993. He went on to get his associates degree at the College of Southern Idaho.
In 2007, Ryan was hired as the Individual Sales Executive with Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, in the Twin Falls district office. His role was to market new plans and assist in training and appointing insurance agents throughout Southern Idaho.
In 2010, Ryan joined Magic Valley Insurance as an independent insurance agent where he continues to work today. He enjoys working directly with clients and trying to help them with their insurance needs.
Colby Fiala, LPRT
Colby entered the insurance industry in 2002 joining forces with her grandfather Gene Schiffler; that partnership continued until his partial retirement September 2013. That same year, Colby joined Magic Valley Insurance. Colby is a member of the National Health Underwriters Association and a board member for both the Idaho State Chapter and Southern Idaho local Health Underwriters. Colby specializes in individual and group health plans as well as Medicare and life insurance policies. Colby resides in Southern Idaho with her husband Ryan and their children Mikayle, Rylee Mae and Zeke.
Brett Thomas
Brett was raised in Twin Falls Idaho and graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1997 before going on to receive his undergraduate degree from Utah State University. In 2013, he returned to the area with his wife and three children to continue his career in insurance. He specializes in individual, Medicare and small group sales. Brett is an active member of NAHU and is currently serving as President Elect in the local chapter. He attended the National Convention this year in Scottsdale, AZ and the Regional Conference in Albuquerque, NM.
Brett and his family own the Upper Crust and Magic Valley Chalet in Heyburn, ID and prior to their move to Twin Falls they have spent the last 7 years operating the family business. He is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with family.
Cricket Stirling
Cricket Stirling began her insurance career in 1996 when she began working locally for a large insurance carrier. In 2001 she began working as an insurance agent specializing in individual and Medicare plans. She has held several local and state offices representing the insurance industry through her membership in the NAHU organization.
Cricket understands the need for excellent customer service and strives to be the "go-to" person for her clients whenever they need assistance.
Cricket has two daughters and five grandchildren. She has been a 4-H leader for 15 years and is a member of the Kimberly FFA alumni and their current treasurer.
Tahjeri Broderick
Tahjeri grew up living between Twin Falls, ID, Beaver Dam, AZ, and Rupert, ID. She loves the moderate temperatures and wonderful people in Idaho. Tahjeri’s unique name (Taj-er-ee) was given to her by her parents, who each have very common names, to encourage her to embrace “different” and unique. She loves it! Though not in school now, Tahjeri has taken several courses with a few different colleges and loves learning. She hopes to finish earning her Associate’s Degree from CSI in Hospitality Management.
Tahjeri has been with Magic Valley Insurance since September of 2016, and loves working with the agents who care so much about their clients. She feels strongly about helping clients to the best of her ability and has even certified in Excellent Customer Service. Though she is the newest secretary to lend her services to the clients of Magic Valley Insurance, Tahjeri has been honing her customer service skills by working for various branches of the customer service industry; such as front desk supervisor, assistant property manager, and habilitative support provider for individuals with special needs. She finds satisfaction in seeing problems through to resolution.
When she’s not working with the top-notch agents at Magic Valley Insurance, Tahjeri enjoys planning and throwing parties with her friends, spending time with her many nieces and nephews (their parents are pretty great, too), reading novels, singing with her younger sister, watching Netflix, growing a garden, and she recently discovered the joy of kayaking on the Snake River.
Anna Hansen
Anna is a native Idahoan. After graduating from Twin Falls High School she attended college at BYU-I and BYU-Provo focusing on business management. She has been married to Robert Hansen since 2000. She joined the team at Magic Valley Insurance in August 2014. She's the loving mother of three children-Katie, Ashley, and Sterling. As a family they enjoy spending time in the water, on the snow, rollerblading and biking the canyon trails.
Jeremy Watson
Jeremy was raised in Buhl, Idaho and is a graduate of Idaho State University with a BS in Corporate Training and Organizational Development. Through the years, Jeremy has built strong client relationships an did known to go the extra mile to take care of his clients. Jeremy is detailed oriented which provides the necessary building blocks for recommending strategies and solutions to help his clients meet their needs.
Jeremy began his insurance career in April of 2014 in Austin, Texas. Focusing mostly on Annuities and Life Insurance, his prior work history has proven to be a beneficial element in his new career path. Upon returning to Idaho and Joining Magic Valley Insurance, Jeremy expanded his career focus to include Employee Benefit Solutions, Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage, and Individual/Family health insurance plans. Jeremy looks forward to continued opportunities to provide assistance to his existing and future clients. Jeremy is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
Jeremy and Nicole married in 1997 and have two children (Zaden and Zala). When Jeremy isn't at the office, he can be found on the soccer field or basketball court.
